Can I start on Free and upgrade later?

Yes. Start on Free, and upgrade to Pro from your account whenever you need more. Your phone, extension and settings stay exactly as they are.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Same Pro plan, different billing. Monthly is billed every month. Yearly is billed once a year and works out cheaper per month than paying monthly.

Do calls or texts cost extra?

No. There are no per-minute or per-message fees. Calls and texts go through your phone and your existing carrier plan, so they cost the same as using your phone directly.

How does file sending work?

Pro lets you send files between your phone and your computer, both ways, up to 5 GB a day. The receiving device has to accept each file, and files are passed straight through — never stored on our servers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel Pro from your account at any time, and switch back to the Free plan.

Does it work on iPhone?

Not right now. The companion app is built for Android. On your computer, use the web app or the Chrome extension — on Windows, Mac, Linux or Chromebook.
